Request an appointment through our Gingr webpage or the Gingr Pet Parent Portal App (Google or iOS).
If you are an existing client, login with your credentials. If you don’t know your password, or it’s your first time logging in since registering, click “forgot password” and follow the prompts.
If you are a new client:
Online: Select “Sign Up” button and complete registration forms.
On the app: Enter facility code 722168 and follow instructions in the app.

Appointments requested online are not guaranteed until you have received confirmation email or text via Gingr. We will do our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee availability until you have received confirmation.
